Shipping policy

Standard shipping is $16.50 (or $20 for SA, WA & NT) on most items.

Selected large/bulky items*, like pet beds or planter pots over 240mm: the shipping rate for any order containing these will be $25 (VIC), $30 (ACT, NSW, QLD) & $40 (SA, NT, WA & TAS). Please note, we are unable to ship to some Australian locations due to prohibitive cost.

• Items are packed and sent from our shop or warehouse in Victoria.
• Items will be packed and sent within 3-4 business days, sometimes faster. Shipping transit time can take between 2-10 days. We use a mix of couriers and Australia Post, depending on item and destination. Packages may be left in a safe place.
• We only ship within Australia at this time. No express shipping is currently available, unless by prior arrangement. Please note, we are unable to ship to some remote Australian locations due to prohibitive cost.
