SHIPPING

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We pack and ship within 3 business days (often sooner) and then send your parcel via Australia Post or a courier service. Once dispatched, it can take 2-10 days for your parcel to arrive, based on where you're located and whether there are delays in the network.

If you need something faster, please email us on hello@basilandivy.com and we may be able to arrange a quote for express shipping.

What does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $15 for Victoria and NSW, $20 for other states. Larger items may cost more - you'll be quoted at check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We do ship Australia-wide.

Where is your shop?

We no longer have a physical store.

PLANTS

Do you ship live plants?

No, we cannot offer shipping on our plants. You can purchase in store or via click and collect.

Do plants pictured in pots come with the pot?

No, plants and pots are sold separately.
