We've shared some of our most commonly asked questions, and their answers, below about Basil & Ivy.
If you'd like your parcel before Christmas, from 11 December you'll need to choose Express Post. Please note, we don't offer express on larger pots as we can't ship these via express cost effectively.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We pack and ship within 3 business days (often sooner) and then send your parcel via Australia Post or a courier service. Once dispatched, it can take 2-10 days for your parcel to arrive, based on where you're located and whether there are delays in the network.
If you need something faster, please email us on email@example.com and we may be able to arrange a quote for express shipping.
What does shipping cost?
We charge a flat fee of $12.50 and if you spend over $150, standard shipping is free on most items (check exclusions).
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We do ship Australia-wide.
Where is your shop?
You can find us at 326 Park Street, North Carlton.
When are you open?
Our hours vary based on time of year. Over winter we're open
Thursday: 12pm- 5.30pm
Friday: 12pm- 5.30pm
Saturday: 10am - 3.30pm
Sunday: 10am - 3.30pm
During lockdowns, we're unable to open as we are not essential retail. We can offer free collection though, so choose that at checkout and then check this page for standard click and collect times. We are also dispatching online orders throughout.
Do you ship live plants?
No, we cannot offer shipping on our plants. You can purchase in store or via click and collect.
Do plants pictured in pots come with the pot?
No, plants and pots are sold separately.
