Our Simple Basil & Ivy 30 Day Return Policy
You can shop with confidence at Basil & Ivy as you are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from BasilandIvy.com within 30 days from purchase.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, your product needs to be:
1. In perfect, brand new condition.
2. Have swing tags, labels and original packaging intact.
For change of mind, you'll also need to cover the cost of the postage.
Sale items can only be returned if the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on worn, damaged, opened, used or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.
Returns can be via (trackable) post but please submit advice that you wish to return via our contact form or on email to hello AT basilandivy.com.
Please await a confirmation email from us that will detail where and how to send your returned product/s.
Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items
We apologise if your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it wasn't what you ordered. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving to advise us of the situation.
You can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. We’ll also cover the cost of postage for new items (or refund original postage cost if you ordered online).
In this case, please still contact us on hello AT basilandivy.com before sending your order back so that we can approve the return and potentially send you a shipping label. You will be asked to provide photography of damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
